I have already paid shipping charges, Why would I pay custom duty or VAT?The shipping charges that we collect is the freight charges that we collect for shipping the product from India to your country., through reputed couriers. The custom duties/ VAT is not part of the shipping charges that we collect and is usually decided only by your local government.

Can you send the parcel with a lower value invoice or declare it as a Gift?We would not be able to send parcels from India, with a lower invoice or declare it as a Gift. We abide by the rules of the country and do not follow such practices.

I have returned my product to the address given in the form, Do I get a refund?On receiving the product, Our returns warehouse would approve the product, after successful quality checking. It generally takes 3 working days to complete the returns warehouse process. You would receive an intimation from our Customer care, regarding the same. You could either choose to receive a refund or a Gift Voucher.

Do I get full refund for the returned product?There would be a 10% deduction of order value, before refund is made. ? The shipping charges would not be refunded. ? How do I place an order?Choose a product that you like from our collection. You could click on the quick look option on the product image from our product collection to have a quick look of the product. To have a detailed look of the product, please click on the image and you would be redirected to the product details page. Click on add to cart, if you would wish to see more products. Click on Pay Now, to complete your shopping, if you have finalized on the products. You could either choose to login/ sign up to your account or shop as a Guest. Fill in all required details in the Order form. Choose, your desired payment option and click on Confirm Purchase. Once your payment is successful, you would receive your order invoice with a 9 digit tracking number.

Do I need to type the address, every time I want to place a new order?If you a registered user at Bharat Paridhan and has already placed an order with us, you need not type the address every time you want to place an order.. All addresses to which, orders were shipped earlier would be saved in your login and you can choose one of them as your shipping address. However, if its a new address to which you wish to ship your order, you would have to input the same in the order form page.
